Hed Kandi is a UK-based record label and a music brand which was established in 1999 by Mark Doyle, specialising in commercial house music. Hed Kandi's catalogue includes both artist albums and various genres of club compilations.
The name is a modified spelling of "head candy", reminiscent of the expression eye candy.
In March 2007, Hed Kandi opened a Beach Bar in Egypt's Red Sea coastline resort of Hurghada city. This added to their portfolio by branching in to venues.
The Hed Kandi label has branched out extensively since its debut in 1999 and now includes a clothing and fragrance franchise. It has also partnered with Monarch Airlines to offer flights to Ibiza under the FlyKandi brand, created by the Hed Kandi team.
